Bernadette is a Chartered Accountant and she has over 22 years experience working in the profession and industry. Whilst working in practice, she worked with SME’s, gaining invaluable skills in financial and management accounting, auditing and taxation. Whilst in industry she worked in financial management for a number of multinational firms including Colgate, AEG and 10 years at Shell enhancing her business process & systems skills. She joined Elan & Co as a Partner in 2002. |

Brian was for 23 years a senior manager at a top 25 firm of Surrey based chartered accountants; where he gained a wide range of experience, principally dealing with all aspects of the accounts and tax affairs of small to medium sized family businesses. Before that he worked at an international firm of Dutch accountants and also a top 3 firm of accountants.
Brian has also worked as a Financial Controller in commerce. |
